In the last Master School I&E Education meeting held in Helsinki, Edmundo Tovar, from the UPM and coordinator of the EntreCom4ALL project, presented a proposal of the measurement environment to be applied to the Distributed Students Activities, including an adaptation of the European EntreComp framework for the measurement of some soft competences using the EntreComp4ALL platform.

These activities aim to organize a portfolio of remotely-supervised distributed student activities in I&E courses. These support and expand the EIT Digital Blended learning strategy, fostering new forms of students collaboration, with universities acting as organizers and others as remote users.

EIT Digital is a leading European digital innovation and entrepreneurial education organisation driving Europe’s digital transformation. Its way of working embodies the future of innovation through a pan-European ecosystem of over 200 top European corporations, SMEs, startups, universities and research institutes, where students, researchers, engineers, business developers and entrepreneurs collaborate in an open innovation setting.

The first impact of EIT Digital’s investment in the development of the I&E Education is for Master School students and the European economy and society at large. It is in educating engineers with strong and differentiated I&E skills and competences.
