Edmundo Tovar, from the UPM and coordinator of the EntreCom4ALL project, co-organized The 3rd IEEE International Workshop on Open Education Resources for Computer Science & Information Technology (OER 2019) https://ieeecompsac.computer.org/2019/oer/. This workshop aimed to share teaching and learning practices in the fields of Computer Science and Information Systems/Technology mainstreaming open-licensed educational resources as well as e-learning practices in general to build Knowledge Societies.

He participated as panellist in the Panel Transnational Cooperation with OER. OER 2019 was held in COMPSAC 2019 Data Driven Intelligence for a Smarter World
Hosted by Marquette University. His presentation described, as a model of cooperation, the EntreCOm4ALL platform, following the European policies related to Entrepreneurship.

COMPSAC is the IEEE Computer Society Signature Conference on Computers, Software and Applications. It is a major international forum for academia, industry, and government to discuss research results and advancements, emerging problems, and future trends in computer and software technologies and applications.
